  3. Only written complaints will acceptable through Email and Forms.
  4. No verbal or Whatsapp request/complaint will be entertained strictly.
  5. Handling time for any Request/complaint is 48-72 hours.

Payout Conditions:

  1. There should be two direct sponsors for every IBO, one in right sight and one in left sight. If this condition will not be fulfilled, the company will not be liable to give any payout in any condition.
  2. First pair will be counted on 2:1 or 1:2 for the first payout, after that 1:1 will be counted for every pair payout.
  3. Payout will be released after two closing, like if Saturday is on 1st of the month, payout will be released on Wednesday, 19th of the month, after second Saturday closing (approximately 18 days after closing).
  4. If KYC is not updated, payout will not be shown in the system.
  5. If KYC is updated incorrectly, company is not liable for any loss of the amount and company will not pay the amount again.
  6. If KYC is not updated 20% TDS will be deducted by the system automatically, which will not be reversible.
  7. Payment will not be transferred if payment day is a Government/Bank holiday.

PIN Distribution:

  1. PIN will not be released, till the payment not received in the company’s bank account (CASH/NEFT/IMPS/Cash Deposits from banks).
  2. PIN will not be released against payouts strictly.
  3. PIN will not be released on government/Bank holiday (including Saturday and Sunday ).
  4. PIN released timing will be from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM everyday excluding holidays.

Termination of ID:

  1. If someone found guilty of any fraud or cheating*, his/her ID will be terminated with immediate effects.
  2. If someone found misbehaving with company staff or company management*, his/her ID will be terminated with immediate effects.
  3. If someone found misbehaving with up-lines or seniors*, his/her ID will be terminated with immediate effects.
